A graceful, linear and elegant cobbled granite driveway leads to the Villa’s large outdoor area: the modern design gives the living area a view of the hill and the Gulf of Cugnana. The kitchen extends and closes the living area with a convenient opening to the rear. The GRES flooring gives us an atmosphere of freshness and soft colours that play a symphony of nature chic throughout the house, thanks to the exposed beams on the ceilings.
The sleeping area welcomes us in double steps: a first hallway leads us to two comfortable bedrooms and a first bathroom. A second corridor leads us to the two master bedrooms with bathrooms. All the rooms are bright and equipped with efficient aluminium fixtures.
